Because our members trust us with personal details - home base location, route patterns, faith preferences, family goals - we take data protection seriously. By creating an account or using our trucker dating service, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not register or continue using the site.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect only the information required to operate a safe, match-quality dating platform. The categories below cover everything we store about a member.

• Account information - email address, password (encrypted), date of birth, and gender. Required to verify you are 18+ and to log you in.
• Profile information - display name, photos, home base city and state, route type (OTR, regional, local, owner-operator), relationship intentions, and any optional badges you choose to display (Faith-Friendly, Family Values, Small-Town, Long-Term).
• Verification data - selfie photos submitted for our photo-verification process. These are reviewed by our moderation team and are not visible to other members.
• Communications - messages, voice notes, and read receipts exchanged with other members on the platform. Stored to deliver the service and to investigate reports of abuse.
• Usage data - pages viewed, profiles browsed, login times, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP. Helps us prevent fraud and improve performance for drivers on rest-area Wi-Fi.
• Billing data - if you upgrade to premium, our payment processor stores your card details under PCI-DSS standards. We never see or store your full card number.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used only for the purposes listed here. We do not sell member data to advertisers, brokers, or third-party dating networks.

1. To create your account, authenticate logins, and verify you are 18 or older.
2. To match you with compatible members based on location, routes, intentions, and badge filters.
3. To deliver messages, voice notes, and notifications between members.
4. To detect, prevent, and remove scam profiles, bots, and abusive behavior.
5. To process premium subscription payments and issue receipts.
6. To send service emails - account confirmations, security alerts, and policy updates. Marketing emails are sent only with your opt-in consent and can be turned off any time.
7. To comply with U.S. laws, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and enforce our Terms.

• Deletion - permanently delete your account and associated data. Some records may be retained briefly for fraud-prevention and legal compliance.
• Portability - request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt-out of marketing - unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in every message.
• Restrict processing - pause certain uses of your data while a complaint is being reviewed.
• Withdraw consent - revoke any consent you previously granted, with no penalty.

6. How We Protect Your Profile and Data

Member security is a core part of the NextStop Love experience. Every female profile passes photo verification through a selfie-match process, our moderation team manually reviews accounts flagged for scam patterns, and members can add Faith-Friendly, Family Values, Small-Town, and relationship-intention badges that we cross-check during onboarding. On the technical side, we encrypt all data in transit with TLS 1.3, encrypt passwords with industry-standard hashing, store backups in geographically separated U.S. data centers, and run regular vulnerability scans.

We retain account data for as long as your profile is active and for a limited period after deletion to handle disputes and meet legal obligations. No system is 100% impenetrable, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards designed for a serious, verified trucker dating community.
